Gulf Terrace offers one and two bedroom condominiums in the heart of Destin, not directly on the Gulf of Mexico, but across Highway 98 from it. Beach access is only a few blocks away.

Condos include the following amenities: Air conditioning, TV/VCR, phone, dishwasher, microwave, linens, cookware, utensils.

* All rates are subject to a one time cleaning fee and 11% Florida sales and bed tax.

An advance deposit of $300.00 for weekly rentals and a $1100.00 - $1200.00 for monthly rentals is REQUIRED on all condos prior to arrival to confirm all reservations. Upon arrival this converts into a damage deposit and is refunded 10-14 days after departure provided the unit is reasonably clean, without damage, and all keys have been returned to the office. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted for deposits and rent. There is a nominal 3% convenience fee for credit cards. Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to reservation date to receive full refund of deposit.
