Monthly prices includes water, extended basic cable, and the first $75 of electric.

An advance deposit of $300 for weekly rentals, and $850 – $1050 for monthly rentals is REQUIRED on all condos prior to arrival to confirm all reservations. Upon arrival this converts into a damage deposit and is refunded 10-14 days after departure provided the unit is reasonably clean, without damage, and all keys have been returned to the office.
Major Credit Cards are accepted for deposits and rent. 4% Will Be Added To Any Credit Card Purchases
Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to reservation date to receive full refund of deposit.
These Units Are All Non Smoking Units. Smoking In Your Condo will result in a $100.00 fine held from your deposit.
